"The hotel is I think one of if not, the oldest in Grimsby but comfortable, clean room. Good freshly cooked breakfast with lighter options. Warm friendly staff and always friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Close to the station. 15 minutes."

"Stayed here had a broken bathroom window on looking to a house . Heating did not work and had to ask for a heater as was freezing. The bed was more or less on the floor it was so low . The whole hotel looks like its been closed for years and someones re opened without doing anything . No sea view where i was either "
