"In the July heatwave in the UK, arrived at 8pm for a 6.30am flight the following morning to be told that the air conditioning unit in the room was broken and they had no other rooms, but that reservations team would be in touch to refund me 30% of the cost of my my room and I could have some free water from the bar to make up for the inconvenience.
