"I was very late getting to Pittsburgh and actually didn’t reach the hotel until about 4am. My 4 hour drive took me 6 hours. I didn’t have any problems, I just didn’t feel like being in the car at that time. So I stopped several times. Gabriel was very helpful with checking-in and parking. I drive a giant Lincoln Navigator and I could not get it to fit through the parking garage opening. He was very good at explaining things for me.
