"This was the cleanest, nicest inexpensive hotel I have ever stayed in! Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not the holiday inn, but there’s absolutely no reason you can’t make your money stretch further staying here! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly checking in and checking out. We stayed to get on a cruise ship this time, but I’d come back to pay that little to stay that close to the beach! "

"I loved the location of the hotel as it was walking distance to the beach and had a lot of stores and food places close by "

"Everything is great except for the chair in the room. It was hard. I much prefer a computer type chair that's comfortable and leans back."

"The only bad thing is that they charge $20 for early check in. I did not check in early. Otherwise place is close to The Stand (historic center of Galveston), check in was easy and the room is large and clean."
