"The staff were an amazing help!"

"We were delighted to be given an upgrade and to be on the ground floor. Specious bit tired room, although a nice bathroom. Carpet had rippled as it was not caught in the door gripper causing a trip hazard."

"Clean comfortable hotel, well placed for local attractions. The check-in staff are very pleasant and helpful. They do not serve meals, apart from breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces and the nearby multi-storey car park is VERY expensive."

"Grande suite. Je m’attendais à un petit appartement oppressant, mais j’ai été très agréablement surprise par les beaux volumes. Rien à redire sur la propreté ou la qualité des équipements. Plusieurs bémols cependant: le canapé lit est très inconfortable. Ça passe pour des enfants légers. Et pas de parking disponible. L’hôtel proposait une réduction sur notre ticket de parking, mais qui n’a pas fonctionné: nous avons payé 84€ de parking pour un peu moins de 2 jours. cher meme pour Edimbourg! "
