The Carlton HotelFolkestone
5.6 trên 10, (1.005 nhận xét)
"You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints!
- lovely staff
- clean bed
- kettle with coffee and tea provided
- beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me)
You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help.
Thank you Carlton."

"We have stayed twice at The Victoria and will no doubt stay in the future.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits.
The building is old and tired, but it is clean and very good value for money,
The restaurant is welcoming and the food is good too.
The location is convenient to walk into Canterbury.
Parking is FREE at The Victoria."

"Liked - location, helpful staffs, size of room and parking
Dislike - building a bit dated and need renovation, room very basic but clean, room advertised as having a balcony, but this was a Juliet balcony as there was no room to sit outside. The hotel is dog friendly, but we had to move table at breakfast given there were several dogs at the next table making a bit of noise and hairs all over carpet, perhaps people with dogs should have separate seating given there is enough space. "The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, which is in the centre of town.
Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking the street. The carpets were badly stained as was the rooms upholstered chair.
The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the shower water temperature was constantly changing between very hot or very cold.
Due to the very hot weather we expected at least a fan for the room as the windows only partially opened.
On speaking to the reception they informed me that...

"We have just stayed at The Albion Hotel in Broadstairs, we really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, and sea front. It was lovely having a walk along the sea front in the sun this morning very relaxing. The breakfast was lovely and the room has tea & coffee facilities, everything we wanted on our weekend away loved it. Thank you"
