"Needed convenient accommodation close to the M5. The Ramada hit the spot with its easy check in, clean spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Hotel car park was full, so parked in the nearby main car park. "

"The communal areas were very nice with a good bar (though personally it wcould have benefited from a craft beer or 2 rather than lagers and traditional ales. The room was a little dated and the bed a bit too firm for me but in the grand scheme these are relatively minor points to an overall good stay and we would stay again if we were to return to Hereford. "

"Great value overall. Handy location, fairly easily walkable to most areas of interest. Property very pleasant atmosphere. Room well-considered and spotlessly clean. My room was overlooking the busy road by the main entrance and it was quite noisy with traffic, even during the night next time I would request a room at the back. "

"A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"Great staff, friendly. The hotel bar/ restaurant only took credit card. Great breakfast came with the reservation. It was one of the few places that still had heat on in June thankfully! The weather was in the 40’s."

"Fifth time staying at the Coldra Court and finally recognised as a Gold member with a room upgrade. McKenzie on reception was superb - upgraded me, welcome gift and ensured a robe was in my room. Hotel is immaculately clean and room has very tasteful interior design with muted tones. Elemis toiletries are wonderful. Leisure facilities great, if a little old. Pool nice and clean. Adult only times should be extended. Breakfast was ok but fried food very greasy. Location not ideal on a business...

"Just an overnight, nothing more but I wanted breakfast. It excelled, just what I needed. Not a pretty location but I didn’t need that, it felt safe and well cared for."
