"La habitación tiene buen tamaño al igual que el baño. Muy limpios los 2. Ubicado a 2 cuadras de la Estación Central y a una cuadra de la calle de las mejores tiendas y comercios. El desayuno buffet es excelente y ofrece una buena variedad. La atención y los detalles desde que llegas, te hace sentir bienvenido. 100 por ciento recomendable este hotel. "Unique property in a former jail. We stayed in the Hotel Nozomi portion. Quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, very clean. Everything in the room (Nozomi 3) seemed new and is in great condition. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of choices (granola, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, etc). A supermarket is across the street. Walkable from the train station. Take water with you as restaurants charge for tap water. We would definitely stay again."

"Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection. Hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the train that takes you into Lucerne, and there's no charge. We had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. "

"It’s a little outside of Lucerne, so be prepared to have a car specifically for this location. Transportation isn’t nearby or walkable and the Ubers are expensive! Other than that, it was awesome to have free breakfast and a bunch of dining options so close by on the shared property. The room and bathroom were large and clean! "

"Ibis Styles Luzern is conveniently located in Lucerne. It is a modern hotel with emphasis on simple. Simple furnishings and basic supplies. But with a 5-Star staff. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned our room every day. And the breakfast crew made sure there was plenty of fresh breakfast items available each morning. "

"Clean modern rooms in a great area in old town. Everything worked well. We loved the layout, almost felt designed by escher with the up and down hallways. Bed was huge and comfortable, kitchenette and bathroom/shower worked great. We're glad we stayed at the LUBO. "

"The hotel is located in a great spot to walk along the river and all of the waterfront dining. It is also a short walk from the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, simple but tasty and the coffee was amazing. There is no AC but it was explained to us that it is not allowed to install it in a historic building. We opened the windows at night and there was a ceiling fan. There is a restaurant onsite and one next door and you get a 10% discount if...
