"The hotel is very nice and has all of the amenities. I arrived on Monday 6/16 and the room was never cleaned on Tuesday and Wednesday. I had to go to the front desk late afternoon on Wednesday to ask for the room to be cleaned. They ended up discounting just under $100 from the daily resort fees for the inconvenience.
