"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable.
Plenty of electric car charging available.
All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable and modern.
Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"This is a superb hotel but I think your experience depends very much on the room you choose. The grounds are vast and various accommodation built on a hill, with reception in the beautiful main hotel whilst the restaurant and pool are higher up. "The room could use a good cleaning, especially around the windows and lights. The junior suite lacked air conditioning so a fan was provided on request.
