"DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER and here is your proof when I pulled in to the car park I thought what have I booked? But what I a lovely surprise bean I went inside clean friendly staff with great clean spacious rooms with equipped with tea, coffee biscuits, towels in the bathroom with shampoo soap and breakfast was very good and plenty of it and served from 06:30 so time to eat it and get to work so 5 stars all round"

"Great hotel I'm central location and close to transport links. Arrived to check in and a warm cookie - checks for allergies done at the same time. Was a short trip so didn't use the hotel facilities but would stay again."

"Staff are great, as soon as you enter and make your way to reception you are greeted with warm and friendly staff. Good quick sufficient checking in. The room looked at bit tired, shower pressure was good but the shower was like something from the 80’s. The room was large and great view of the marina. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. For the price I think the rooms did not match up well. "

"Breakfast excellent.
Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers.
Friendly staff.
We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot.
A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "

"Nice comfortable stay. We had to park a short walk away due to the weekly market.
There are no staff onsite after 20.00 which can be a negative as we had to find somewhere to eat.
Plenty of quirky individual eateries nearby.
Bed amazingly comfortable great nights sleep. "
