"The room was relatively clean. Few spots in the bathroom with toothpaste on it.
Bed was a bit too soft for our liking. When someone moved the whole bed moved.
Though despite the noise on the street, you couldn’t hear it in the room.
The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options."

"This hotel is in desperate need for refurbishment. The fixtures and furniture is dated and the building itself is so old that you. It think it’s a hotel.
The room I got given had a non functional AC. The telephone connection in the room was non functional too. There was no water bottle in the room. You have to buy it!!!
The hotel staff had left the room windows, I suppose because the AC wasn’t working.
I would not recommend this to anyone."

"First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one.
From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the Pin bar and once again the food was lovely and all people we came across were helpful and polite.
We had a visit to the Spa, where the beautiful Lilly...

"Very good experience. Check in was straight forward and quick. Stayed in a Junior Suite which absolutely loved. No complaints at all. We will be back again."

"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel.
I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting.
The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this!
Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed.
I will be staying there again."

"5th floor club room with river view was great; complimentary drinks vouchers on arrival were nice touch. Hotel was overall ok but decor in lobby bar and restaurant are was all a bit bland, could do with a redesign and some comfy seating areas? Decent location just a short walk from some great pubs bars and restaurants! Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing exciting."
