"My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."

"We were offered a 3 course meal with a glass of Wine for £25 per person, and an upgrade for £11 this offer came on my phone a couple of days before we arrived. I had both the offers the room was a superior room so much larger with a bath and the meal was also excellent. I will be coming again, as we came to a show at the lyceum and have more shows booked this year. The lyceum is only a 5 minute walk away."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located in the city centre, just steps from the railway station. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The only suggestion we have is to install more USB ports. If you're staying here, make sure you have enough adapters for all of your chargers, etc. We'd highly recommend this hotel!"

"I booked a room based on the information provided on Expedia, which was a family room. The photos didn’t give the actual reality of what the family room entitled, which was a separate toilet with no sink and then a separate shower and sink…… I didn’t know this was a 1930s layout
I raise this with the staff who rectify this at once, which was great, but this now really surprised me in today’s age
Also, they allow pets into the hotel which it’s not really needed and put people off"
