Only complaint was room was not soundproof. The person in the next room was arguing loudly on her phone several times during the night which woke me up."

"My friend and I were in a twin room. The room was new so everything was clean but I’m not sure who thought a frosted glass bathroom door and partial wall was a good idea. It lacks privacy and of course the whole room lights up if someone uses the bathroom during the night. There is a 2cm gap between the bathroom door and the glass wall panel which happens to align with the full length mirror in the room so whilst using the toilet, you can see the person lying in their bed closest to the bathroom...and vice versa. "

"Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!"
