"Great location for dining in the old town - shops close and a tram for getting to the station and around. We took the train to Monaco which was easy to do. Hotel very clean and lovely to walk out across the road to the promenade and the beach. You can just go on the public area- pebbly though!- or can pay for a lounger - quite expensive €20+- the sea shelves quite steeply and if the sea is strong a challenge getting out but we made it. "On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent."
