"The lobby staff was great, so this review is not about them. We arrived at the Raddison RED hotel after a late flight. We were told that the bar area closed at 11:30pm for food. We got downstairs at 10:50pm, waited at the bar for over 10 minutes while the bar staff ignored me. They had just finished taking another food order, when I finally was able to get their attention, only for them to tell me that they were done taking food orders for the night. At this point it was 11:04pm. Very rude and unhelpful. We ended up ordering Uber Eats. Then, I went to take a shower and had to get out of my unfinished shower because the shower was not draining. We had to re-pack all of our stuff and change rooms before finally settling in for the night. Not a great experience here. This also makes me question the cleanliness of the room, and if the shower (or anything else) was even cleaned."

"Clean room, good air conditioning and excellent spa and gym facilities. Small little shower gel and shampoo bottles were not enough and too fiddly to use. Water pressure in shower was too low. Periods without hot water from sink. We stayed on the 5th floor and our view of building construction was claustrophobic and full of bird droppings, we were told we would have runway views.."

"My girlfriends and I had a great stay the night before our flight home from Heathrow. We highly recommend paying for the breakfast, it’s amazing! So many selections, and everything was delicious. Our room was as very comfortable and clean. Our only issue was figuring out how to turn off the string lights behind the headboard. The staff as very kind and helpful! We would also recommend booking transportation to and from the airport with the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"
