"Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent and couldn’t fault it.
Check-in was spot on—friendly, genuine, and brilliant with our kids (colouring pack + cookies went down a treat). Room was spacious with sofa beds already set up, which made life easy straight away.
Breakfast was excellent—loads of choice and constantly topped up. Just book ahead as it gets busy.
Great for families. Would definitely stay again."

"The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi.
The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit.
We will definitely be back again soon!! "
