"We definitely enjoyed the pool and McCoys. Thought about Hemisphere on the 9th floor but couldn’t swing the $$$$. It’s a shame more middle class people can’t enjoy that experience. That said, the Hyatt in the airport is so convenient for early flights, highly recommended!"

"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"We had stay at this property last year and loved it, so we decieded to stay again this year. This year was definitely different. The first night, the low battery alarm went of at 5am. I had to call for the AC not waorking a coupel of times. The wifi was not working at all. And one morning when we were going to sleep in a bit, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door while were we sleeping. Mind you the "do not disturb " was on the door. I texted the facilty and never heard anything...

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days!
Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly.
Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food!
Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice!
You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst!

"Our room was clean and spacious. Our back porch looked onto a tee box on the golf course which was really nice because we are golfers. The pools were nice as well. The only gripe we had was the cost of food and drinks there. They were very, very high so we went off property for all meals and brought in our own drinks. "
