"Lovely stay in the hotel for three nights. The room was spotless, with plenty of coffee, Tea, water and complimentary shower gels, shampoos etc. we ate in the hotel on the first night, and the food was lovely. My husband and I both had the fish and chips and I can recommend it. We had breakfast each day, which was freshly cooked, and great quality. I used the spa facilities. The pool was the warmest I have ever been in, it was a real bonus for me. It was also spotlessly clean and was lovely and calm and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and polite all around the hotel, and Ben in particular was keen to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will certainly be back soon! "

"You charge 13 pounds for cold breakfast and 18 for hot breakfast. How about don't charge for cold breakfast. Don't even offer it. And pay the extra money for better internet. I did speed tests that only gave me 1--4 Mbps... come on. This isn't dial up anymore. You can pay the extra $100 a month for better internet and recoup your expense by charging an extra 25 cents per room per day to cover this cost and some. "

"No aircon controller in room, if it required changes someone had to come up and make the adjustment via a remote they brought with them and took it again when they left, so either you suffered a too hot or too cold room "
