"Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life."

"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. "The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"
