"Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. "We went for the comfort room. It was tiny. Nowhere to hang or layout clothes, not even a chair to put things on.
Superficially clean but needed a proper deep clean.
Breakfast was fine (good range of cooked options) and location excellent.
Certainly not worth the amount we paid for it (over £160). We plan to return to Rye as it is such a beautiful town but we will find somewhere else to stay next time."

"Spa facilities poorly maintained wood splitting in sauna, no steam room very small pool and small dirty changing facilities.
Inadequate gym facilities literally 1 treadmill
Old dirty carpet and room smelled old.
Tv was inadequate old 1st generation TV. Terrible WiFi signal
Reception staff friendly but catering staff not.
No food available after 9.30pm no amenities or facilities around to overcome this.
Would not recommend staying unless just going to specifically play golf"
