"If there were more stars to rate this hotel, I would give it more!
We had a wonderful stay in Krakow, and staying at this hotel played a huge part in making everything perfect.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste—from meat-eaters and vegetarians to those with allergies or gluten sensitivities.
I would like to give a special mention to Mr. J. Singh, the Assistant Director...

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, as well as management, and the cleaning crew were all very courteous and kind.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the old town square. Walking pretty much everywhere is very convenient

"Top notch staffs especially staffs at the breakfast room were amazing. They accommodated all of my requests with smiles. The quality of breakfast was excellent. It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed.
