"All in all good but pool temperature quite low and you could do with replacing some of the fixtures in the pool as you can see lots of rust and debris buildup as well as on some tiles in the pool . Some staff VERY attendant but many NOT The only “IMPROVEMENT” since take over from Champney’s is only the new bath robe and Elemis products. For price you pay it’s OK for 1 night BUT it’s in need of improvement desperately "
