The facilities within the hotel were fantastic, it was my husband's birthday and the hotel sent up a complimentary cake up to the room while we were out. The gym and the spa were exceptional, the only thing I wish is that they had a swimming pool or sauna. The sauna was in the spa ans there was a hot tub area on the roof top lounge. "Located in the financial hub of Vancouver, the Hyatt Alberni is convenient for the shops and restaurants on Robson Street and near to the cruise terminal. The junior suite that I had was spacious and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for pre-cruise accommodation. "
