"Dangerous location pubic hairs on towels bedding looks like there from a flea market from the 70s. The shower head blew off in the middle of my wife's shower and hit her in the head. Toilet was covered in piss upon entering the room. Absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Window was jammed open and was unable to be shut (winter in New York sub-10 degrees). Space heater was broken. Stains all over floor and bedding. Holes in the wall. Screaming in the hallway all night long. Sink was broken. Manager lied about room availability absolute worst experience at a hotel I have ever had"

"Great hotel, great location- honestly one of the better stays I've had recently. If they added a free continental breakfast, place would be as close to perfect as I've seen."

"The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping was wonderful. The wings (hot and BBQ) were very tasty. My only complaint: I was charged $29 for a Long Island Iced Tea. The bartender added his gratuity without asking or letting me know that he was authorized by Marriott to do that. That is very RUDE and unprofessional."

"Facility: We arrived late on a Thursday and had an easy check-in. Hotel has an area where you can purchase some snacks and a microwave to heat up any leftovers that you may have. The Room: We were 3 adults and a child. The beds are full size, so a little snug. There isn't much space to store clothes and keep your luggage out of the way. The toilet handle had to be held down to flush, but not a big issue. There is a mini fridge that kept our drinks ice cold! Speaking of ice, you get that downstairs in the lobby. Overall the location is close to stores, the subway and delicious restaurants! 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and you get complimentary water from the front desk if you ask for it. We enjoyed our stay."

"The gentleman who helped us with the check in was amazing. The lady with the check out had a really bad attitude. The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty. The area is very noisy, not sure if this is the case for all NYC"
