No problems at all.

It was a great place to stay. It is close to nice places and so comfy for the price. Parking is onnthe street but tall to the people at the reception if you find no place to park. They will help you out.

Stayed here for short visit to NY to visit family. Room was a lilttle dingy and dark. Few dirt marks on the sheets. I choose to go to kings plaza mall just a short 10min walk down the street get my own sheets.

Decent location for where I needed to visit. Most of the property was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room itself smelled damp, with mold or mildew visible on the window curtain above the AC. Found plenty of crumbs and other leftovers from previous guests.

This was my 5th stay here and i will go back because the location is super convenient for access to busses, trains, taxi. I gave 4 star because this time around the towels had a odd smell. Some type of chemical smell, hard to describe.

I think they need to invest in a carpet cleaner company because the carpet is very durty and the smell is bad I couldn't sleep the first night But Breakfast was very good nothing fancy but enough for the price The towel looks to old please If they try to bring life to the place by cleaning and change things it will a nice place for people to stay with reasonable price.

Almost There

The stay was pretty good. The service and check in was great. The areas of improvement would be parking and shower. This is NY so horrible parking is to be expected. This hotel doesn't even have paid parking so if you arrive during the day there's zero availability. At night if you're lucky you may get a spot on the same block. It appears that some updates to the rooms are happening so that's a plus. A critical fail in my updated bathroom was no soap holder in the shower. I was forced to put my bar soap on the floor of the shower while washing. It wouldn't be so bad if this was a shower/tub but this is a shower only. Fix this two things and I'd give the last star.
