"Excellent value and service for money but had some downsides - rooms are not renovated in Sian Kaan (yet), phone wasn’t working, a bit too much spa and add on services advertising even after purchasing a spa treatment (staff is very polite though!). Didn’t know mosquitoes gonna be a problem this time of the year (Oct) but the pharmacy sold mosquito repellent which came in handy and we couldn’t have survived without it. All minor inconveniences aside, the service is exceptional and i’d visit...

"It was to spaced out, beach very small and dirty, rocky too.meals were terrible, hard to get a French fry, some of the buffet you had a job to get something for your plate that you liked.wasn’t pleased with the entertainment, very poor planning, not much if anything for late night, most shows over 9 pm,definitely not a spot to go for a party.Best meal we had was off the resort. That says much about the place.Definitely won’t be back !!"

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"THE GOOD!! Great rooms and service from the staff. Ala carte restaurant food was great, specially el dorado and Bamboo. White sand bar service was awesome, special mention to Irma who served us most nights - late nights!! Buffet in white sand was great. Can’t say the same about the buffet in Collonial. Concierge service is exceptional..without which managing would hv been difficult. Thanks to Erick for paying attention to details. The events were great - really enjoyed NOT GOOD Start with...

"Amazing Birthday Experience at TRS Yucatan! My stay at TRS Yucatan was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. I received top-tier VIP treatment throughout my entire stay and truly felt like a queen for my birthday! My butlers, Jessica and Alexx, were incredible. They were attentive, professional, thoughtful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their exceptional service made my stay even more special.
