"Sauberes Zimmer, nicht sehr groß. Frühstück gut, sehr nettes Personal. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Lage im Industriegebiet im 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig."

"Extra large room, several English language TV programs on TV and the airport transportation at 4:30am was especially helpful. The airport is about 15min ride from hotel."

"Es un edificio del Siglo XIV, la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Lo mejor del lugar son las personas que trabajan ahí, son súper amables. La habitación de buen tamaño y muy limpia."

"This was a very nice hotel close to the train station and very close to the city center . The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! There was even a bathtub which was nice. There is a restaurant and quaint courtyard for drinks. The front desk was so helpful getting us a cab for an early morning train . Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed at this hotel 8 times before this visit. We have always been happy with our stays and previously, the staff have been very polite and helpful. However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful."

"Eierspeisen verbesserungsbedürftig, Rühreier kalt und wohl mit Pulver zubereitet. Speck schwamm in Fett. Kaffee war etwas fade. Das Restaurant hingegen war sehr gut. Essen hat geschmeckt mit fairen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Im Übernachtungspreis sollte der SPA Besuch inkludiert sein. Ich empfand den SPA Bereich als sehr gelungen, jedoch sollte bald eine Renovierung anstehen. Die vielen Regeln stören den Besuch etwas. Vielleicht könnten die Regeln in einem Flyer im...

"Nhân viên thân thiện, tiện nghi trong phòng đơn giản nhưng đầy đủ. Đồ ăn sáng đơn giản nhưng chất lượng, tất cả đều là sản phẩm Bio. Vị trí khách sạn xa các điểm tham quan nhưng chỉ cách trạm Tramway 3 phút đi bộ, rất tiện đi lại. "

"Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider hat der Spaß erst ab 15 Uhr aufgemacht, das war für uns überraschend. In den französischen Ferien macht der Spa schon um 9 Uhr auf. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war spitze, wir können das Menü sehr empfehlen."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "
