"The service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location.
Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking. "

"Super convenient with extremely helpful staff. And the food was delicious! The shuttle to/from the airport runs 24 hours either every 15 or every 30 minutes depending on the time of day. If you call the hotel with your flight information, there will be someone at the airport to greet you. Highly recommend. "
"What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you."

The front desk was kind enough to provide us a boxed breakfast in the morning at our 1:30am departure. We used the shuttle service, which was $7USD to the airport.
