"We were in town for a funeral. I called to book 2 adjoining rooms. I was told to make the reservation online for 2 rooms, both with queen beds and then call back. I did that even though I would have preferred one room with a king, and one room with 2 queens. There were "notes put on our reservation" but when we got there we were told there were no adjoining rooms.
