"Nicely located with a great pool and garden with plenty of loungers and parasols. A short walk from a few beautiful beaches and 5 or 6 very good and restaurants/bars than are reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and welcoming - not once did we see a member of staff walk past an empty glass or piece of litter without stopping to pick it up and bin it. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and well kept"

"Outstanding cleanliness "

"Breakfast daily was amazing. Huge variety of options and always a great start to the day. Location was perfect for us. It sits on a hiking trail with a beautiful beach (Albandeira). It’s small but private. Some days the water was rough but others it was fine to swim. Rooms were clean, small but had everything we needed. Our only wish is that staff were a little friendlier. Maybe I’m just used to friendly Canadian culture and this was noticeably different."

"Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs) Will 100 percent be back and recommend"

"2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well."

"Great vacation spot to unwind and enjoy your time by the ocean. Very clean, great breakfast and coffee, the walk on the beach is fabulous and restaurants on resort and walking distance are incredible. Sunsets are 10/10!"

"Staff were friendly and did their job well. First time to Algarve did not know it is essentially a beach vacation. The on site restaurants are very good. You can get a Bolt ride to local restates are not far. Their property is very clean and close to the ocean. You can get pick up for some activities others, you need to find a ride. You have to travel pretty far to see things, Bolt rides are cheap and good service, prompt pick up.If you do not have wifi or an internet connection it is hard, ...
