"The place is excellent across the board. The only criticism I can offer is the seaweed in the beach, which sometime makes it impossible to use without wading though it."

"We stayed at Finest Playa Mujeres in a swim-up suite (Building 4), which was centrally located and convenient. The room was modern and comfortable, with a well-stocked fridge and great beds—even the sofa bed was surprisingly good. However, some outlets didn’t work, and the bathroom lacks privacy (no door except for the toilet). The swim-up pool was cold and barely used. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and very walkable, with great amenities (kids club, sports courts, spa, wellness pools with juice bar). The gym and lobby bar were highlights. The main pool was enjoyable but small, with limited shaded seating and inconsistent service—we often had to get our own food/drinks. Surprisingly, there were no pool activities. The beach is nice with plenty of seating, but there was heavy sargassum and minimal cleanup, and it was red-flagged daily. Food was average overall. Shoji (Asian) was the standout; Mexican was solid; Italian was poor. Compared to Hyatt Ziva Cancun, service and pool experience were better there. Also note the resort is isolated—nothing walkable nearby. Overall, a beautiful resort with great amenities, but inconsistent service and value didn’t justify the price."

"Loved our stay at SLS. All of the staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the Monkey Bar and in the pool bar. The staff bringing drinks on the beach were amazing as well and work so hard. The sand was great, the lounge chairs were fantastic and plentiful. Not a resort where you have to get up at 6am and save spots. Also, no towel cards, amazing and please never change it. The food at Ziggys was amazing, best guacamole ever. The booked restaurants were hit and miss, the Mexican food was not great, and most of the restaurants take 2 hours to eat and the food comes warm at best. The really only complaint was the music by the adult pool. It’s never ending overly loud and no one wants techno and house music from 10am-4pm. We just want to relax by the pool and on the beach. You can’t even drown out the music with headphones. I heard so many complaints by so many people, we asked but nothing was ever done about it. It’s ok to party by the pool but no one was into the music being played. Other than that, would highly recommend, but if the music doesn’t change it would probably stop us returning to this resort it was that bad. "

"Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case. Property and staff are excellent "

"We had a great stay at Casa Caribe. Juarez Port is within walking distance and various places to eat as well. The room was cozy and the ac worked great. Place was not crowded. If you are looking for a place to just relax away from hotel zone this is the spot. Will stay again."

"The hotel was great. The food in the restaurants was good. Felt safe and secure to stay. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The prices is a little expensive, but he experience was good."

"The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe."
