Khách sạn Asaka

"朝食が無料なのにスープは3種類もあってうどんまであって 本当に美味しく頂けました。 朝食は部屋に持っていっても大丈夫だったので、体調が悪い ときなどにありがたいと思います。 お食事を作ってくれる スタッフの方々の挨拶も爽やかでした。"

"The rooms were nice and very clean and well maintained. However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout."

"いつ泊まっても最高です！ 立地 静かさ 清潔さ 値段 全てが完璧"

"Sehr gute Lage, etwas älteres Hotel."

"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"Very helpful and kind staff."

"Very clean"

"The recently renovated hotel rooms were a great improvement from my stay 2 years prior. Great service. The staff was accommodating in changing our room immediately due to the unpleasant odor in our 1st room. The amenities were great with minor flaws to the laundry facility & small gym. Overall a great location & hotel for future repeat stay."

"Great location! Within minutes of numerous restaurants and bars and a shopping center. Also, two minutes from Airport Limousine bus drop off/pick up point and from train station. Staff service throughout was excellent. Room is a bit small, standard for Japan, but clean and convenient. I will stay here again."
