"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"Pros: Check in was easy. Parking was a breeze as well. Room was nice for the most part. TV was nice, they had a nice system with cable, Netflix, YouTube, ETC. WiFi worked well. Fridge was clean and cold. AC was working. Rate wasn’t too bad, but was a little high for what you get. Cons: Ice machine was broken. Sheets had marks on them when we got there. "First, the staff are awesome! The club lounge hostess, Antoinette, was the highlight of our 2-day stay. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Second, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Third, the hotel's third floor connects to the Cleveland Clinic. Very convenient. Lastly, this hotel needs refreshing and updating. We paid $800+ for two nights, and expected so much more in terms of decor and cleanliness. I really felt duped. Carpets, furniture, walls all had stains. "
