Terrible place. super dirty inside and out. Blood & water stains on the 20yr carpet. Plumbing not working properly. Ask front desk to move us, but stated they were at full compacity. We had a concert to go and running late so had to stay. Seem there were homeless people staying there. People smoking ...

Everything by was great but it didn’t seem like my room had ventilation and it felt quite damp with a mildew smell. The staff were amazing and I really appreciated the late checkout.

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
Everything was really great! The staff was pleasant, and thanks to Hanes’s upgrades, we stayed in a suite instead of a standard room. As always, Hyatt had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were tasty too 😊
