"Great hotel for a stay in London, parking was easy in the Hallsville Quarter car park which is directly below the hotel and the underground is directly opposite the hotel. Parking is a bit expensive but extremely convenient. "

Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. "Such a perfect hotel if you are attending the O2 arena. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before leaving for a concert. Our room had the most amazing view and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again very happily!"

"Great location for shopping, dining, and transport around London. Room was plenty large for two and the morning breakfast had good variety of options. Laundry room available free of charge, with soap available at front desk for 50p. Will stay again!"

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way."
