I visited London for business to attend an event at London ExCel. The hotel is located perfectly near the venue (5 min walk) and it was easy to get to it from Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line. Friendly staff at the reception pointed me to my room, which was of great size, everything I needed at my disposal, including two beds, safe, TV, desk and the chair, etc. Although relatively close to the London City airport, the room was very well insulated so I could hardly hear the noise from the outside. They also offer free buffet breakfast which has plenty of options, mainly based on full English type of a breakfast. I would 100% stay here again.

It was all clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the AC did not work at first . We booked 2 rooms. In 1 room AC did not work at all, in another room AC was in maintenance mode. They fixed it later on but they should have checked everything before giving the key to customers! Another slight inconvenience was that not able to open the windows (not even a small part). I felt like there is no ventilation.

We stayed in the accessible twin room 210. Can I just say that the bathroom was enormous and so much room to manoeuvre with the wheelchair! What a blessing! Will always book HbyH in future as this is the third time at the brand (different location) and it’s always lovely. Comfortable, helpful staff, great (included) breakfast. Couldn’t fault it.
