"This is an excellent hotel at a great price . I stayed in a small double room which suited my needs well . The whole hotel is well maintained , modern and has very friendly staff. The rooms have good aircon and the small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink and tea/coffee facilities is an amazing idea that more hotels should follow. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Liverpool."

"Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"I liked the location, reception staff, cleanliness and property itself including views from the windows. Minor repairs to plumbing would probably have been sorted out during a longer stay and I’d have liked to be able to open a window in one of the bedrooms. Bring some extra cutlery and crockery if you want to cook a meal."

"The location is 5 mins walk from the centre, we only stayed for 1 one night so it was convenient however would we stay for another few nights? Maybe not. For a 4* hotel the bed had stains, there's no fridge in the room and there's no coffee machine! Compared to other 4* hotel we stayed at, this one is definitely outdated! Overall for 1 night it's okay as it's conveniently situated but would definitely not stay again as the room we stayed in was quite noisy on the first floor. "

"The room was clean but the bed was small. We were in a room with a great view of the Mersey but it was directly above a restaurant where there was loud music all night until 11pm. The hot breakfast station is quite small so there is a bit of a queue in the morning."
