"99% excellent. One drawback...Their shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles need to be labeled better. I ended up showering with the shampoo but, the silver lining was was it did smell so good. Still, I couldn't read the description on any of the three bottles."

"Yousef and Chris were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room had a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was nice and big- plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. The restaurant was small but perfect for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin to go. The chef/server was very nice! "Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."
