"The location is absolutely fantastic especially if you’re someone looking to see a lot of broadway productions on your trip. My washroom sink was leaking and the outlet closest to the bed didn’t work. I informed staff who said it would be fixed straight away and neither issues were addressed. The amenities are extremely basic and the suits themselves need to be upgraded. The suits are very dated and poorly kept."

"Good for a budget hotel. Close to everything in times square. Entrance had construction poles. Small rooms. Old furniture, tight hallways. "

"Great location, amazing price, they are making renovations right now, but did not affect our stay at all. Had a small issue with the air not turning on, they sent the best guy (sam) to fix the issue and so could not have been more happy with the experience. "

"Did not have laundry to do. The only thing that wasn’t a good was for breakfast. We were not able to have breakfast because they had a private party and the breakfast area was closed for two different times."

"Shops were near by, room was old and dirty feeling. Bathroom had hair clogged in tub and rust on shower. "

"Didnt have a car so no comment on parking , shops were nearby time sq was a bit of a walk but good when you got there , 2 female staff on desk were brill .when we needed anything. Smoking is not allowed in hotel but for 2 nights was awoken by the smell of drugs being smoked the only 2 female staff were willing to investigate ."
