"Good overall motel"

"What a unique and cozy place, lots of little treasures that take you back in time! The Inn is beautifully decorated and clean but the staff are the ones that make this place shine. No matter who we interacted with we were met with a smile and a helpful response. It’s a charm seldom seen in hotels today. We ate in the tavern, took in a swim and sauna before laying in the sun. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)"

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"Staff knocked on door at ten and ten thirty pm Said I called about needing help with tv. No I was trying to sleep. Next to door to upstairs. Slammed shut a million times before midnight. Chair in handicap shower not sturdy but shower pressure was nice. No WiFi info on checking in. No inquiry as to room in way out. Didn’t do breakfast just wanted out. Car parked under shelter in handicap area and was also the smoking area. Had to inhale massive amount of smoke while loading suitcase. Bed not...

"Hotel staff are amazing and very helpful. Rooms are updated but bathrooms not so much. Although the room was clean, the bathroom cleaniness seemed to have been rushed (also want to note that I had an assesible/handicapped room). There was female hair on the toilet seat and on the floor. The shower chair was rusty but worked fine. Water pressure could have been better, but the hot water worked. There was a faint smell of possibly cigarette smoke/old air filter that lingered as well which was a...

"I had the worst experience. The first room was completely dirty, and when we asked to switch, the second one was just as bad or worse. The person at the front desk didn’t care at all; they were very arrogant and unprofessional. We paid $100 per night plus a deposit, and on top of that, the deposit takes 5 days to be refunded. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom too—everything was in poor condition. I do not recommend this place at all."
