"Booked a private room with an en suite as a cheap option in London. I imagine most will be visiting when travelling, but I booked as a cheap option for a business overnight trip and just took a chance. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Free WiFi. I imagine it might be noisy on the lower floors but I was near the top and it was absolutely fine. Only criticism is that room was really warm. Really conveniently located and honestly, I'd book it again for a cheap and cheerful convenient option!"

"While the room is spacious and generally clean, the housekeeping service lacks attention to detail. During our stay, the cleaning staff removed our wet towels but failed to replace them. When we notified the front desk, they only provided bath towels, completely omitting the floor mat. A replacement floor mat was badly needed because the shower curtain installation is deeply flawed. The curtain tracks only cover about three-quarters of the shower area, leaving a major gap. As a result, it is incredibly difficult to shower without water flooding the bathroom floor."
