"Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine."

"While visiting The JUNGFRAU region, I didn’t know where to stay… Grindelwald, WENGEN, MURREN or LAUTERBRUNNEN. I decided on Grindelwald and I’m really glad that I did. It’s convenient to everything we wanted to see… You can get to SCHILTHORN, all the other towns and JUNGFRAUJOCH within two hours. The town itself is cute. Make sure you don’t stay by Grindelwald terminal. Make sure you stay by Grindelwald BAHNhoff. It’s much cuter. Nothing around terminal. This hotel was so convenient and the lady...

"We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again."

"Mycket trevligt mottagna vid ankomsten. Blev uppgraderade till större rum. Fint, bekvämt, rel. nyrenoverat rum. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt i Interlaken. Hela hotellet är som ett museum med artefakter från hotellets ca 125 år långa historia. Mycket smakfullt! Riklig frukost med mycket uppmärksam och vänlig personal. Vacker trädgård och utsikt över snöklädda toppar. Parkering precis utanför hotellet."

"The staff here is incredible accommodating. Super friendly and very willing to help. They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay."
