"At first, I thought we were at the wrong place! It doesn’t look like the typical hotel that we know and the building is old. We were welcomed with a vintage elevator. Our kids were scared to get in but honestly, it was a different but kinda fun experience. When we arrived their lobby was a mess! There were boxes everywhere. The lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Since we arrived a little early, she let us store our luggage so we can explore while waiting for our room to be ready....

"We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking. The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze.
