"Acoya resort looks very well maintained, big diversity of plants, trees and flowers, great atmosphere. Nice swimming pool, lots of space to sit around it, big pond with birds. Breakfast was with everything you could wish for, all fresh and on the right temperature. Tables are inside and outside. The room was perfect, very clean, fresh towels every day, quiet during the night. Had dinner with friends in the restaurant, ordered different dishes all very well prepared and tasty. "Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

"Rooms serviced daily was nice. Beach ocean entrance to small manmade cove. Snorkeling good if waters smooth enough. Snorkle to the right for best results. Scuba has a deep wall drop about 100 meters out. Plenty of free loungers but no "real" beach. "

"Stayed in the ocean front rooms and it was amazing! The staff are incredible and easy access and walking to restaurants. Loved the cabana at the beach, the pool area is quiet and relaxing, endless views of ocean. Classy modern mcm decor in the lobby, rooms are modern decor, groceries on site if needed. Thank you so much for the very thought anniversary dessert, flowers and generosity. Hospitality top notch!"

"Honestly, coming from a fellow Caribbean island where tourism is #1, I didn't get that warm welcome or felt like I was priority/mattered. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and very selective with who they served. Good quality Wi-Fi can make or break a vacation. Imagine watching television or having a call and the internet drops for over 10 mins. Just because the hotel offers continental breakfast, doesn't mean you just have to dump boil eggs at guest daily. "The rooms were humid and not clean. Stains all over the bedsheets and no curtain or door to the shower. I got another hotel because this one was soooooooooo low quality. If you enjoy vacationing don't go to this hotel."

"This hotel definitely looks posher on pictures but again now a days any one with a kilo of makeup becomes an influencer :-) The room that I got was like a beach hut. The furniture was old but functional, the air con very very old and it never made the room cold. The staff were never there and the evening man was not an approachable person."
