"Advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, we arrived to discover that the host wasn't serving breakfast in Low Season. He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. There was only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. The WIFI wouldn't connect and...

"This is a beautiful little hotel close by to the lovely Bitez beach. We had a relaxing couple of days here, and loved the decor, the pool and hotel. The owners were so helpful and kind, you can tell they really care about their guests having a great time. Thank you!"

"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. "Great place! Clean! You can walk to the beach where there is many restaurants. The breakfast was already very nice! "

"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found.
