He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. "I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
