"The elevators were not in working conditions. They put us on the fifth floor, and my husband is handicap and we had to walk up the stairs. There was no complementary breakfast to make up for the elevator is not working nor were we offered any type of discounts this was horrible. and the Plumbing in the bathtub was also horrible. The water was not going down in the bathtub. It was filling up."

"Had a clean, spacious room with a great location. Everything was easily walkable. I do wish there was a rear entrance to the hotel - getting to the parking garage requires walking all the way around the hotel to enter and exit. Good experience overall and I would absolutely return. "

"-Multiple soft spots in the floor under the carpet. If the right person steps on certain spots their foot will go through the floor. -some loose dog food found in pantry cupboard -boogers left on the wall opposite the toilet -curtains with minor damage -bathtub finish has damage and messy caulk -bathroom fan caked with dust -toilet takes a long time to flush -Refrigerator is missing the door handle -the room smelled of dog and food although I signed an agreement not to have animals in the room. "

"Have stayed here several times , very nice and clean . Problem this time was In kitchenette there was only 1 coffee cup 1 regular glass and1 juice Glass. Could have gone and asked for more but it worked out do us , Point is they should plan for 2 people "

"The breakfast menu was okay. The pancake maker was strange and they didn't look very good. The waffle maker should be brought back. The room was clean and not sprayed with room fresheners --Thank You! There was the smell of skunk in the hall ways but that is beyond your control if the customers choose to smoke pot. Parking was safe. The personnel was polite. "
