"Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. "

It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "The breakfast menu was okay. The pancake maker was strange and they didn't look very good. The waffle maker should be brought back. The room was clean and not sprayed with room fresheners --Thank You! There was the smell of skunk in the hall ways but that is beyond your control if the customers choose to smoke pot. Parking was safe. The personnel was polite. "

"We only came to this hotel for the pool just to find out it was closed. 4 hour drive for nothing. Couldn’t get a refund. The area is so scary. Everything is abandoned around. The buildings had the windows shot out. definitely didn’t leave the room until it was time for us to go home"

"Property looks nothing like what the pictures portray. Building and Lobby is dirty and smells bad. Rooms are absolutely terrible and dirty. There was food wrapers under my bed and sheets were denchy off white color. I would not recommend this place for anyone. "

"The property is well kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had to change our room on the first night due to the TV going out. Was able to move right next door, which made it very convenient. We forgot about the indoor pool (and found it was heated), so didn't get a chance to take advantage of that added perk. The location is perfect and as we drove from South NJ, coming off the OH Turnpike, made reaching the hotel easy without any issues. We definitely plan to book again at...

"The room was clean and staff friendly. Don't expect much, it truly basic. Recommend if you're looking for place to sleep. There is a Bob Evans next door."

"Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. "

"The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. "
