"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

"Amazing location near the tube and central to west London.
Hotel was comfortable- AC is central and not controlled by the rooms so keep that in mind if you’re going on a hot week.
One major issue is that they are understaffed. Essentially no one picks up the phone if you call the front desk to ask any questions. It can be very frustrating if you need help.
I gave up on asking them to fix my safe as it was not working.

"This was my first time staying at The Strand Palace and I loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location.
Our room was excellent, the bed was comfy, the coffee machine was a nice touch and I love Rituals toiletries.
