"The spa area was great and fantastic and the staff was very helpfull but the hotel staff was not as friendly even when it was not busy. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and when I asked for ice at the bar I was told that ice machine was broken for a long time."

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."

"The room was very comfy, and clean. But it is not well soundproofed, and there was a lot of noise in the corridor at 730….. otherwise, a good place to stay and very good value "

"Nice welcome and the room was good, a bit of a walk through lots of doors and stairs but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alright although the quality wasn’t amazing. Th £5 charge for a poor gym and alright pool was frustrating…"

"The first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. Odd as the room had been cleaned. The reception staff immediately gave us a better room. I also found it a little weird that the hallways were so dim (?). The wall sconces were on but didn’t throw much light. "
